Executive Director Announcement
An announcement from the President of Nebraska AIDS Project’s Board of Directors:
Dear Supporters and Community Partners,
Over the past two months a selection subcommittee of the Board of Directors of the Nebraska AIDS Project (NAP) has been searching for the organization’s next Executive Director. Board members, community members, and staff were actively engaged in the search process.
The Board of Directors of NAP is pleased to announce that it has selected Jordan Delmundo as the organization’s new Executive Director. The Board is confident that Jordan’s vision, experience and skills make him well-suited to implement NAP’s strategic plan and to lead the organization in furtherance of its mission.
Jordan has been a member of NAP team since 2009, starting as a Client Services Specialist and advancing to his current position as Director of Programs and Policy. He has been an integral part of the organization’s recent strategic planning efforts as well as a strong advocate for the organization within the community. Jordan is a graduate of both Creighton University and the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He holds masters’ degrees in both social work and public administration. He serves on the Board of Directors for Nebraska Appleseed and volunteers for Inclusive Communities, Hear Nebraska, Maha Music Festival, and the Anti-Defamation League.
“I am thrilled to become the Executive Director of the Nebraska AIDS Project,” Jordan said. “I consider myself fortunate to work with a stellar group of staff and collaborators in the community. I am proud to be a part of this organization and excited to work with our Board to continue providing support for people living with HIV, eliminating the stigma associated with HIV/AIDS, preventing the further spread of HIV, and leading NAP into the future.”
The Board also expresses its gratitude to outgoing Executive Director JJ Replogle for her years of service. JJ and Jordan will work closely over the next few weeks to ensure a smooth transition for the staff, volunteers, clients, and supporters of NAP.
The Board of Directors is excited for the next chapter of NAP with Jordan at the helm. I ask you to join us in supporting and welcoming Jordan as NAP’s next Executive Director.
