Food: A zesty, Cajun-style buffet dinner will be served from 7-9 PM.
A sumptuous VIP dinner will be served aboard the River City Star for event sponsors.
Entertainment: A horse-drawn carriage will escort Mardi Gras Queen Malorie Maddox (WOW-TV reporter and anchor), and King Larry Richling (CEO/Owner, The Keystone Group) to the River City Yacht Club. A jazz band will herald them en route from second carriage.
The Prairie Gators will be the main stage entertainment, with dancing from 9 to midnight. During the VIP dinner aboard the River City Star, New Orleans-style entertainment will be provided by Joey Gulizia and the G-Notes. A variety of performing artists, including jugglers, stilt walkers and magicians will delight guests with their talents.
Activities:
Guests will have the opportunity to stroll through the French Market, purchase authentic Mardi Gras beads and masks, and browse among the eclectic wares, from objects d’art to delightful gourmet delicacies typically found only the French Quarter of New Orleans. A first-come, first-served river boat excursion will depart at midnight.
Silent Auction: More than 50 items will be offered.
