Announcement
An announcement from the President of NAP’s Board of Directors:
Dear Community Partner,
On behalf of the Board of Directors of Nebraska AIDS Project (NAP), it is with mixed emotions that I share news that JJ Replogle has notified the Board of her intent to resign as NAP’s Executive Director.
JJ began her career at NAP in 2006 in the business office, and was promoted to Executive Director in 2009. JJ’s multiple accomplishments at NAP include leading the organization through restructurings, managing the organization’s move to a new location, successfully applying for numerous grants, and creating a dynamic strategic plan to advance the agency forward, all while continuing to act as NAP’s financial officer. Through her years of service, she has been a tireless advocate for persons and families living with HIV/AIDS, as well as the many volunteers, staff, and community partners sharing in our mission to overcome HIV/AIDS and its stigma through education, supportive services, and advocacy. We wish JJ the best of luck in her future endeavors, and thank her for her service to the agency and all those who it serves.
JJ’s last date at NAP is yet to be determined, but is tentatively scheduled for August 2015. JJ and the Board of Directors are working together to manage the transition, and a search committee has been formed to select the agency’s next Executive Director. The Executive Director position has been posted on NAP’s website and can be viewed here.
The Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers of NAP remain committed to our mission and the clients and community we serve. We look forward to continued community partnerships and to the next chapter for NAP.
